Here’s Part Two of “After,” with Kobi Shevin

Hi everybody!  I’ve been working on writing big projects instead of lil’ strips this week, so please enjoy this classic rerun. It’s one of my first self-published comics, a post-apocalyptic yarn that I made with Kobi Shevin last year. Here’s part one!

"It’s not always easy beig your mother"

-Momix

And here it is! Andrew Pannell’s brain booger tattoo! It’s from my book, “The Naked Lady”! I drew this lady very nervously at my first and last life drawing class. It took me about thirty seconds and now it’s on this sweet boy forever. Sorry, Andrew’s mom!

Attention everybody: if you get a brain booger tattoo, I will pay for it! But only if I think you’ll regret it someday.

Baby’s first tattoo! It’s from a drawing by my favorite cartoonist, Lynda Barry! She told me to do comics a couple of years ago at a pivotal time in my life. I credit her with my sense of artistic purpose and my general spiritual well-being. I love her and I love marlys and now this image is branded on my body forever, protecting me from scary thoughts and invisible demons.

P.s. Andrew Pannell got a brain booger tattoo. A tat, too!
